17U Attack

Attack team is starting the year ranked at 48th in Ontario. 

They will compete in All 18U events, but will continue to focus on the 17U events as they move towards provincials. Attack will also play in 3 exhibition tournaments, and will apply for nationals.

Attack practice 2.5 times per week and have a mobility and strength workout.
