Georgetown Impact Volleyball Club (GIVC) reserves the right to cancel any program, camp, clinic, lesson, open gym, tryout or club team due to a lack of enrollment or other reasons beyond our control. A full refund will be provided when GIVC cancels the program.

 

Other refunds will be provided as per our Refund Policies below.

Withdraw MORE than 14 days prior to the start of program/camp/clinic/lesson/open gym/tryout:

A full refund will be provided (less $25.00 administration fee).

 

Withdraw WITHIN 14 days or less prior to the start of program/camp/clinic/lesson/open gym/tryout:

50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less $25.00 administration fee).

 

Withdraw within 48 hours prior the start of program/camp/clinic/lesson/open gym/tryout:

No refunds will be provided.

 

Once the program/camp/clinic/lesson/open gym/tryout has started:

No refunds will be provided.

 

Participants who must withdraw from the program/camp/clinic/lesson due to personal injury:

Eligible to receive a prorated refund.
