2. Review the information contained in the Club's COVID-19 Education Resources
3. Complete and bring these two forms with you on the first day:
ii) Daily Health Screening Questionnaire (must be completed each day prior to tryouts)
4. Bring the one-time tryout fee (cash, cheque or e-transfer) (GeorgetownImpactTreasurer@gmail.com)
Girls U12 = $10, all other age groups = $20
5. Come ready to play: carry your shoes, knee pads and water only (no bags permitted)
NOTES:
1. Where an age group (Girls U14, U15, U16) has TWO (2) Sessions listed, you will receive a follow up email assigning the player to a session. This is done to limit attendance in each session to comply with the Town of Milton's rules.
2. Where an age group is NOT listed, the teams are already full and we will not be running a second tryout session.
